Booking details

In the following I would like to explain the booking details to you.

First of all, I would like to ask you to provide us with the following data:

First and last name as well as the dates of birth of all travelers
Home address (es)
Mobile phone number - under which you can (probably) be reached during your stay

In addition, the following is required for registration with the local tourist association and for the visitor's tax (already included in the price):

Copy of identity cards - front and back for adults only
the passport number of the children, if available

It is particularly important to me to point out that this personal data will strictly be used in association with the holiday home. This data will not be passed on.

Payments

When booking, a partial amount equal to 50% of the total amount must be transferred. You will then immediately receive a binding reservation confirmation. The holiday apartment will be reserved for you for the desired period.

The remaining 50% of the total amount must be transferred two weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy

If the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future, no cancellation fees will be charged within 48 hours of completing the booking.

After the 48 hours period after booking, if the check-in date is at least 30 days in the future, no cancellation fees will be charged.

After the 48 hours period after booking, if the check-in date is at least 7 days in the future, the cancellation costs will be 50% of the total costs.

If you cancel within the period: 7 days before the check-in date or if you do not arrive at all, the cancellation costs will be 100% of the total amount.

House rules

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking - in the apartment AND on the balcony - is prohibited.

Loud parties are also not allowed.
